Not too difficult to get to, but, once there, it is very pleasant indeed. It is the sort of place that you would want to take either your partner to or parents. It has that family feel to it.

New chef has introduced a great menu. Highly recommend the haddock on cheesy mash. Also a fairly diverse selection of real ales.
